These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoSocials ("the Service"), operated by Lunera AI Solutions FZC ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AutoSocials helps you create clips and publish or schedule your own content to social media accounts you connect and authorize, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The Service acts on your instructions and only posts to the accounts you have explicitly connected.
2. Your Accounts and Authorization
- You must own, or be authorized to manage, any social media account you connect.
- You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for ensuring it complies with each platform's terms and policies.
- You may disconnect any account or stop using the Service at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, spam, or that violates the rules of any connected platform. You agree not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
4. Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by those platforms, including content moderation or account actions they take.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. The AutoSocials name, software, and website are owned by Lunera AI Solutions FZC.
6. AI-Generated Suggestions
The Service may offer AI-generated draft titles, captions, and hashtags. These are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunera AI Solutions FZC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
