This Privacy Policy explains how Lunera AI Solutions FZC ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with AutoSocials ("the Service"), a tool that helps users publish their own video content to their own social media accounts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
AutoSocials is designed around a simple principle: we only access what is needed to publish the content you ask us to publish, to the accounts you connect, and nothing more.
1. Information We Collect
a) Account connection data
When you connect a social media account, the relevant platform provides us with an access token and basic account information (for example, your channel or page name and ID) so that we can publish on your behalf. We do not receive or store your social media password.
b) Content you create
The videos, titles, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and scheduling choices you create or upload in order to publish a post.
c) Basic account and usage data
The email address you use to access the Service and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To publish or schedule the content you create to the accounts you have connected and authorized.
- To generate optional AI-assisted draft titles, captions, and hashtags, which you can edit or discard before posting.
- To show you the status of your posts (for example, scheduled, published, or failed).
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use the content of your connected accounts for advertising, and we do not use it to build user profiles.
3. Platform-Specific Disclosures
Google / YouTube
AutoSocials uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and set thumbnails on your channel. By using these features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Limited Use: AutoSocials' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the publishing features you request, we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law, and we do not use it for advertising.
You can revoke AutoSocials' access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
AutoSocials uses the Facebook and Instagram APIs to publish content to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that you connect. Our use of information received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can remove AutoSocials from your account at any time in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Business Integrations / Apps and Websites.
TikTok
AutoSocials uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish content to TikTok accounts that you connect, in accordance with TikTok's developer terms and policies. You can revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings.
4. Third-Party Services
To provide the Service, content you choose to publish may be processed by the following providers:
- The social platforms themselves (YouTube/Google, Meta, TikTok), to deliver your posts.
- Anthropic (Claude AI), to generate optional draft captions and titles from information about your clip. Anthropic Privacy Policy
- Publishing and hosting infrastructure used to transmit and deliver your content to the platforms.
We share only what is necessary for each provider to perform its function.
5. Data Retention
We retain access tokens and post records only for as long as your account is connected and as needed to operate the Service. When you disconnect an account or request deletion, we delete the associated tokens and stored content as described in our Data Deletion policy.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Disconnect any social account from within AutoSocials at any time.
- Revoke access directly from the platform (Google, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account settings).
- Request deletion of your data - see Data Deletion.
- Access or correct your information by contacting us.
7. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and restricted access to access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit what we collect.
8. International Users
We are based in the United Arab Emirates. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in the UAE and in the countries where our third-party providers operate.
9. Children's Privacy
AutoSocials is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
